A shared session without getting lost in a group.
Duet Pilates combines the connection of moving with someone else with the guidance of a small, highly personalised session.
The studio has two reformers, two trapeze tables and two chairs, so both participants can work with dedicated equipment. Share each person’s experience and goals when enquiring so Ashleigh can plan the right place to begin.
